Advanced Analytics

Advanced Analytics gives you deeper diagnostic tools beyond the main Analytics dashboard. Use these when you need to understand why visibility is where it is - not just what the score is.

Advanced Analytics covers three deeper research views:

Gap Report

Every prompt where a competitor appears but you don't - ranked by opportunity size.

What the Table Shows

Column What It Means
Prompt The exact prompt text
Answer Engine Which AI surface has the gap (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity)
Gaps How many times your brand was absent while a competitor appeared
Last Seen Most recent occurrence of this gap
Sample View the actual AI response where the gap occurred

How to Use It

Sort by gap count to find your biggest exposure. Click View response on any row to read exactly what the AI said and which competitor it cited instead of you.

The Gap Report covers the window set by the date-range selector, not a fixed period.

Attributes

The Attributes view shows a heatmap of descriptive claims AI makes about each entity in your category - your brand and your competitors.

Attributes are characteristics AI mentions when discussing brands (e.g. "enterprise-grade," "easy to deploy," "HIPAA compliant"). Each attribute category shows:

What the Table Shows

Column What It Means
Entity Brand or competitor name
Type Whether it's your brand, a tracked competitor, or unknown
Attribute Categories Dynamic columns - Pricing, Security, UI/UX, Ease of Use, and others based on your category

Use this to identify which narrative positions your brand owns, which competitors own, and where you're losing the framing battle.

Co-occurrences

The Co-occurrences view shows which entities appear together with your brand in the same AI responses - and the nature of that relationship.

What the Table Shows

Column What It Means
A The first entity in the pair
A Type Whether entity A is your Brand, a tracked Competitor, or a Discovered entity not yet in your competitor list
Relation How AI connects the two entities in responses - e.g. Compared, Alternative to, Grouped with
B The second entity paired with A
B Type Brand, Competitor, or Discovered - same as A Type
Occurrences Number of times this specific pair appeared together across all tracked responses
Sample Phrases Real phrases pulled from AI responses showing exactly how they were mentioned together

Every column except Sample Phrases is sortable - the table defaults to Occurrences, highest first.

Relation Types

Relation What It Means
Co-mentioned Both appear in the same response without a direct comparison
Compared AI explicitly compares the two
Alternative to One is presented as an alternative to the other
Recommended with AI suggests using both together
Contrasted AI highlights differences between them
Grouped with Both are listed in the same category or group

Entities appearing in Co-occurrences that aren't in your competitor list are worth investigating - they may be emerging rivals before they show up in your sales pipeline.
