You can cancel your GrackerAI subscription at any time from your account settings.

How to Cancel Permalink for this section

  1. Go to Manage Workspace → Billing
  2. Click Cancel subscription

That's it - no confirmation call or support ticket required.

You can also cancel from Manage Billing, which opens your Stripe billing portal directly.

What Happens After You Cancel Permalink for this section

Your workspace keeps full access to your current plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, it drops to the Free plan.

Cancelling doesn't delete your account or data immediately. You have 90 days to reactivate before data is removed.

Your subscription data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.

What keeps working Permalink for this section

When you cancel, Gracker offers you GrackerAI PageLens on the way out. It is not part of your plan, so cancelling doesn't touch it.

The prompt tells you the date your plan runs until, then makes three points:
One tag, every page Paste one script before </body> and a floating Summarize button appears across your site
Your URL, inside the answer Readers pick an engine, then land there already asking about your page, with your prompt
Nothing loads until they click No requests and no tracking while a reader is just reading

Your monitoring stops when the plan does. Your AI visibility doesn't have to. PageLens keeps working for free, putting your pages into the answers your readers get.

Set up PageLens takes you straight to the connector to build your tag. Not now dismisses it, and you can set it up later from Connectors → GrackerAI PageLens at any time, on any plan, including Free. See GrackerAI PageLens for the full setup.

Changed Your Mind? Permalink for this section

  1. Go to Manage Workspace → Billing
  2. On your current plan's card, click Resume plan

Your previous data and settings are restored if you reactivate within the 90-day retention window.
